I made a post the other day after a guy pulled off and hit my hood mirror. I told my company and they’re going to route me to a terminal to get it fixed. If i get there and they say they’re going to let me go, should I quit first?

It's going on your DAC report whether you quit or not.
Any company you apply to drive for will see your DAC report.
Why did you tell the company? We advised you not to.
We recommended you fix it yourself:
Where can I get this fixed for cheap?

The metal shaft in the mirror was bent, and it wouldn’t bend back into place. A year ago my company wrote me up for using my phone while driving also. I hope that won’t go on my DAC because that may be worse than the mirror if I have to find a new job.

    You worry about stupid crap.

Even if it was 100% your fault I wouldn’t worry about it at all. I’m sure they got a heck of a lot more invested in you (assuming you’re a new driver) than a crummy little plastic training mirror.

Honestly if they fire you for the mirror breaking/falling apart then they were not a good company to work for in the first place.

I could have figured out a way around the bent metal shaft. Too late now anyway.

Unless safety and the terminal manager want it to.

I don’t know where you got that from. But a company can include almost anything on your dac that would include any write ups for unsafe behaviors like a cell phone in hand. I don’t know if a company would go that far but they can.The only things that can’t be reported on a dac is misleading information, false information or any thing older than 7 years
