I've had two bad cases of food poisoning, both times it was from bad hamburger, one place was in PA and the other in Jersey. Say what you want about McDonalds hamburgers, but you can leave them out all day in a hot cab and they still won't make you sick if you eat 'em. Kinda makes one wonder though, exactly just what's in them, forget it, I don't wanna know....

I think it has to actually be meat to be able to grow bacteria. Lol. Appalling thought.

Are the companies which haul foodstuffs beginning to phase in the training for the drivers yet ?

There used to be a subway at hickory run pa ..exit 274 on 80 .
I got a nasty case of stomach flu out of that place and spent the next 2 days barfing at a motel in jersey.
A short time later subway burned down and my buddies all laughingly accused me of torching it .

The G can enact all the laws they want, but the problem is many people today just don't give a crap about their fellow man and the food they grow, transport, prepare and then sell. It's too bad, but that's where we are today. Like Patty said, you gotta be careful out there...
