    Yeah, probably a waste of money. Felony record that old is not a hurdle for trucking employment.
    Still have to answer questions honestly on job applications:
    "Have you ever been convicted.....?"
    "Have you been convicted within the last 5 years........?"
    First question he has to answer.
    Second question; the answer is "no".
