Im new & got fired by swift--help me plz

Oh yah I forgot you can get a copy of your dac once a year for free and you can get the info for that on that same site.

 

No I dont think you and your husband are done for.I think you still have plenty of good things going for you both. Yes it will be on your DAC report if swift chooses to put it on their. Becareful at your next Job to not leave your self so open to attacks. Your Husband and you are now in the Trucking industry you are both fair game for many to profit from while they take away your rights as well. DAC,DOT, Major companies at high levels of managment work well together.Most Major trucking Companies have sacraficed employee pay and Benefits to feed those that prey of the Trucking industry. Try to stay with smaller companies that still agree with Democracy and Human rights.Alot of them have been shut down mostly due to higher cost that made it impossable for them to stay alive as well as owner operatores,This Helps A element of Government make more money and have more controll over what used to be an American industry that functioned well With Democracy. Good Luck and stay safe from ALL danger that you now face as a truck driver.

 

The part that is of concern is that you dont feel you did anything wrong with dropping a loaded trailer somewhere regardless of what was in it. Ridiculous! No one should hire you or would want to if thats what you think.

 

You CAN find another job. Explain what happened when asked....end of story.

That's what I think. I hide loads all over the place and have never lost anything. So do the other drivers and the owners of the company. Desk jockeys trying to drive trucks with a keyboard are ruining this business.
