Is a 15 mph plus speeding going to get me fired and or make it hard for me to find work?

Mmmmmmmm.......the other guys said everything that can be said. As long as you have a job, don't worry about it. It all depends on Schnieder's policy. Those points will stick with you for 3 years. Going forward, do better.

that’s what I’m worried about, I don’t want to lose my job. And Schneider’s policy is hard to find. Yeah it won’t happen again.

Odds are you won't get fired.

You will have to have a conversation with an OSR and they will go thru your logs and other metrics. The OSR will sound like a sanctimonious sob, and given the conversations he has day in and day out its understandable. Your response is "yes, I was wrong to go with the flow of traffic. I will be the captain of my own ship and drive safe a legal despite what those around me are doing" or variations thereof.

Anything else of questionable intelligence you do in the next 6 months will he looked at in the light of this speeding violation - so no dumb critical events.

Ok, I missed something. CSA doesn’t count points against Drivers? Only Companies? I really haven’t paid much attention to CSA, never really cared. But I’m curious. Also someone mentioned 3 points for 3 yrs. No ticket, points? Where’s the points going to be? PSP? That’s another thing, I had no idea even existed, till a few yrs ago, thanks to ttr. Anyways, lot of conflicting information, I’m just wondering. The main thing is you didn’t get a ticket. 15 over, not good. 2 of those, and your CDL is suspended for 3 mos. 3 of those gets you 6 mos vacation. I think it’s within 2 or 3 yrs time. Be safe. Don’t let the Man get you and do what he done to me.

After 1 year, 1/3rd of the points go away, after 2 years, 2/3rds of the points go away, and after 3 years, all the points disappear.
