Imagine if L.A.'s freeways ever froze over

Used to live in suthun Kookafornia.
Nothing changes but the Population.
Intellect there equivalent to Anywhere, USA.

It would be nice if Vehicle Insurance Companies had Mental/Emotional Standards.
Such would surely help decrease the "blindness" as depicted in that video.

In some cases (at least where I live) the state will intervene and hold a hearing to determine if someone is actually mentally competent to possess a drivers license-especially if an accident was serious enough to warrant it. If necessary they will suspend/revoke it on the spot!

 

Why isn't that cop out there behind the driver with his lights on? Safety issue? I don't know the ins and outs, but he needs his ### beat for just sitting there and letting this happen. It's no secret that 95% of people are playing with their phone while driving, so get out there and mitigate the carnage FFS.

Well sitting on a Ca interstate is an accident waiting to happen. No cop in his right mind would park out there.

 

I figured as much. Just thought maybe having the lights actually out there being proactive might be better than just letting it all happen.
