Fresh taste for the win. They do it all themselves, to the point that all of their locations are owned. They do not believe in expansion via franchising, since they feel it would hurt quality.

You would be amazed at the number of hotels and restaurants with rooftop gardens and greenhouses. There are even restaurants that homebrew small-batch beer and grow their hops on the roof.

The City of Chicago (yes, colder than death Chicago) has a rooftop gardening program at the - ready for this? - Cook County Jail. Inmates can learn to run a garden and come out with a certification in horticulture.

I don't like that they strip the paper off the straw for your drink. I don't want anybody touching my straw with their cootie fingers.
