This work of art was cooked in a crock pot. Added chunks of cheese and fritos!

I have a single burner hot plate, non stick pot and pan, toaster, crock pot, coffee maker, and microwave.

I scramble my eggs the old fashioned way in the pan. I'm not much on the rubbery texture from the micro.

I sit it in between the seats. I can keep an eye on it that way.

I think life in a truck in general is tied in heavily to the amount of power available. I get the feeling things will be a bit more difficult for me as I'll be slip seat for the first several weeks or months. I don't particularly look forward to loading and unloading a ton of stuff daily or weekly

used to run a 6/3 schedule. 3 drivers 2 trucks. doesnt take long to pack up once you hit a rhythm. I used a rubbermaid tub to load in and out.

Eggs are rubbery by nature. Where do you think rubber chickens come from? SMH.

don.t need an apu , just idle engine which you should do for a toaster or microwave. apu can't handle the DC amps. you will burn out the 65 amp DC alternator on the apu.

My carrier APU has 6000 watts.... Fridge, toaster oven, microwave, computer and TV all running at the same time don't even warm that thing up or bog it down.

There are a couple Facebook truck cooking groups you should check out.
