Cell phone?
Meals and how does this work, is it a flat rate per day

Its a flat rate of $59.00 a day for meals every day your on the road. Tools, cell phone, etc you need to keep receipts but are not 100 percent wright off.

Per Diem in Canada is known as Subsistence Allowance and is Tax Free to you and your Company/employer get the GST Input Tax portion of it.

what about company driver working as contractor?
I deduct: all phones, internet, 50% of car, 25% of appartment as office, office supplys, working clothing.... something else, i dont remember/ -
