    How is it any more difficult than eggs or cream or frozen OJ concentrate? Or the rice oil that I've hauled out of Stuttgart Arkansas a couple of times in the past?

    ]

    I just never pictured BBQ sauce or the like to be as fluid as eggs, cream, milk, etc

    hey, when you have to haul samples do you have issues with the ice melting in your cooler? how do you combat that?

    do I need a better cooler? or is it uncontrollable

    it seems to melt either during my driving shift or when i'm not driving on line 2

    I keep my samples in the fridge. On the rare occasion when the receiver doesn't take their own samples and use those, I never have to do anything except either hand them the samples or put them in their fridge.

    They don't care how they're kept cold as long as they're cold.

    So what? They have no way of knowing how you store your samples so what difference does it make if there's a policy against keeping them in the fridge?
