Would living in Omaha Nebraska work with IRT runs?

Do you think this company knows how to utilize a team truck efficiently?

I think it would. We run I-80 a lot going from one side of the country to the other. I was in that vicinity last week when I took a load from Washington to Joplin. I ran 80 to 35, then south to KC and down 49. Afterward, I went straight back up 35 to Albert Lea, MN then Alexandria where I reloaded for Modesto, CA. It’s hard to drive across I-80 without seeing one of our trucks every 200 miles going the opposite direction. You would probably be able to stop at your house in Omaha more often than I can in San Antonio. We have an office in Cedar Rapids, IA. too.

Unfortunately, I don’t know enough about our team trucks to answer that. I would say yes, though. They manage us solo drivers well, so I would think the teams are, too. I’ve heard they only do drop/hook loads.

Don't know any of the teams well enough to speak to them and have an idea how they run.

Welcome and good luck!. Bensalem terminal has the basics. Shop guy is great, but he only recently got some help, don't know yet how that will turn out. On site tank wash is a huge advantage.

It will take a little while to figure out how the operation runs, but if you have any questions feel free to ask. I have been to a lot of the customers serviced out of Bensalem and can help if need be.

Awesome. Will do. Looking forward to it hope it works out well. I will write a big post about my hiring and orientation process once I'm on my truck.

What parts of Canada do they go into? I have my passport and love Canada loads myself.

We have regular deliveries in the Toronto area and parts of Quebec. There is also a customer somewhere out west, I think in Manitoba, maybe Calgary?, but not sure as I have never been there.

    Speed_Drums, Tanker_82 and JForce28 Thank this.

Is a valid US passport enough, for Canadian deliveries?

Or do some areas of Canada also require a FAST card?
