    People get used to a road and changing it for some screws up their heads. Ought to have a pool on how many minutes until the first wreck.
    When they opened the High 5 interchange in Dallas, I 635/US75, it only took 20 minutes.

    Gotta ask, since things are opening over the weekend, and opening the lanes in stages, what constitutes "open"?
