Just watched this video and was flabbergasted at how detached this young man is from reality.

One commenter labeled him as a psychopath. Can't say I disagree as he stands near a horrific wreck he caused never asking if anyone else was injured. Never mentioning the car he initially hit. Instead, he looks only at his own minor injury and seeks to collect names and badge numbers from officers working the scene.

If all that were not enough, the judge decides Peter Swenson should be free to drive the streets once more with a nightly curfew and breathalyzer ignition the only stipulations for release.

The only details I can see are before he was set for pretrial for reckless homicide. Probably still ongoing.

As I get older, I have noticed that Sociopathy is becoming more and more prevalent in today's society. Anything deeper is way outside the scope of these boards.

Yes. The older you get, the more you notice how many people are sociopathic and narcissistic.

No one cares about anyone else, just what affects them, they’re privileged.
Others shouldn’t have been there and it wouldn’t have happened. plus the ‘law’ won’t do anything but a slap on the wrist, and it keeps happening.

    Remember back in the day…?

Sam Kinison was killed by a drunk driving 17 year old, Troy Pierson. Pierson pled guilty to one count of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence. He was sentenced to one year of probation and 300 hours of community service.

With the way kids act these days they should be considered by law in these cases an adult at age 10. Children making adult decisions and only paying child consequences . . And yes some mental defects are becoming the norm and the majority. Can’t put them in sanitariums anymore.
