Most of those issues are so obvious Stevie Wonder would have spotted them.

So either they don't care or they are just that stupid.

 

The Cali stuff probably both.

Perhaps drivers on the road as well as Safety managers can be better informed about these inspections and the trends to answer questions like: which states or counties are hotspots of inspections? What kind of citations are they looking for etc. This data is public but not easily digestible.

I was known for passing 90% of my inspections as a company driver.
