    How about putting driver facing cameras in 4 wheelers and see it that concept flies? As an added bonus illegal phone use might decrease. Another added bonus would be Smokey not having to put down his donut and pull over the driver in the car ( and truck- lets be fair in our criticism) for illegal phone use
