    Hi guys,

My 2016 Freightliner Cascadia with a DT12 transmission intermittently shuts down while driving. Sometimes it comes back on immediately, and other times I have to wait about 10 minutes before it will restart.

So far I’ve already replaced the main PNDB, the harness, and the kill switch. I’ve also checked the wiring from the alternator and starter to the batteries.

What do you guys think? Could the auxiliary PNDB by the batteries be the problem? I’ve been to a few mechanics, and they all recommended replacing the main PNDB. I already did that, but the problem is still there.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I had to change mine out in 16 freightliner Cascadia. Fixed it.
Just because it’s supposed to be new be new don’t help anymore. They just rework them.

although it never took 10 minutes to reset. Sometimes could usually reset while driving.
    I’d say 7/10 times
