My 2014 Freightliner came with an 1800-watt inverter. It can run a 700-watt microwave and a coffee maker. These two can be tough on the inverter, so it’s a good idea to have the APU running before using them, or you can idle your truck while using them and throw in another 10 minutes of idling when done with these high-power devices.

Who’s your cellphone service provider? Satellite TV is almost extinct. With Verizon or AT&T you can watch Netflix and YouTube over 95% of your 10-hr breaks. Cellular data speed and coverage has changed so much these past few years to the point that satellite TV or storing DVDs or Blu-rays is unnecessary. Cellular data plans have also lowered a lot in pricing. Verizon’s most expensive plan is $90 a month (without taxes or other fees).

About the printer, many people, including myself, have reported problems with installed ink cartridges going bad. The heat and the truck movement takes a toll on installed cartridges. With all the money I have spent on cartridges, I think it would be cheaper to just go to Office Depot, Staples, UPS Store, Fedex Office, truck stop, library, shipper/receiver, etc. and pay for some black/white copies. I recently used a FedEx Office inside a Walmart in NY, and the black/white copies were 10 or 15 cents each. I personally, rarely use my printer. If you plan to use a printer, it’s best to use up all the ink within a month.

That's great info and I will look into it xss all.
I just use the a antenna for local channels and its horrible so I got a dome from a TV I just need service...
I currently have a 3000 watt pure sine wave inverter and have no problem I do run my APU before during and after using I also have 4 AGM batteries all good.
I have Verizon with unlimited service and I will look into that
    Thanks

I have a 2000 watt harbor freight inverter. It works fine for a 2.8' tall fridge. It powers the 700 watt microwave, and a Keurig, but not at the same time. Tv no issues, blue Ray no issues, printer no issues.
