Inverters, APUs, Fridges in Stevens Trucks

From what I understand, they already have EPU and inverter in most or all of their trucks. I also think the T660 and T700 either comes with, or has an option for fridge and TV. So the trucks may either have them already installed, or they have perfect space for them. I know the T700 has atleast an optional TV mount above the slide out shelf, and a fridge fits perfectly across from that.

 

All trucks have an APU and 1500w inverter installed.
You can put your own micro, refer and or TV, playstation or whatever in there.
The T2000 and T700's have a space where a refer can fasten in. There is upper space where you can put a micro and TV. Any appliance you install is at your cost and cannot permanently 'change' the interior.
That means no cutting holes, tearing out walls, or whatever.
The space for the refer has a shelf in it. You can remove the shelf, keep the screws and re install it when you turn your truck in. The upper space is large enough to set a micro in. There are belts already in place to hold your micro or TV in place. Just cinch them down.
I have a Waeco refer in my T2000, with a Walmart micro. I don't have a TV.

I have the same refer, only mine says: Kenworth. Built by Waeco.
It's made to fit specifically into the truck. It comes with a 12v plug in, but when Stevens orders their trucks, they don't include that wiring harness so you need to purchase a separate converter. About the size of a pack of cigarettes.
It plugs into 120v and converts the power to 12v for the refer.
I have mine plugged into the inverter.
Yes, it has a small freezer area. I can put three one pint tupperware containers in there. Keeps it good and frozen.
I purchased mine at the Boise Kenworth dealer. It had been sitting there and he played "Let's make a deal".
You can find them on line from Iowa 80.
A little spendy if you compare them to the 12v models from the truck stops, but it works like a champ.
It's paid for itself many times over. I keep drinks, condiments, cold cuts, hotdogs and even a premade salad or two in there.
It locks so it won't fling open while going down the road.
