Iowa Tornadoes

I parked for the night around 4pm...on hwy 30...just south of Marshalltown Iowa..thankfully didn't see or feel anything...not even rain...but the road going to town...was continuous with emergency vehicles going north

 

@cowpie lives in Kellogg Iowa just east of bondurant and Marshalltown ..hope he's ok !

For those that wonder where bonderant is ....its on 80 just east of des Moines and where there union 76 truck stop was .

 

Just saw facebook pics from Vermeer in pella and it looks like a junkyard .

 

We have only one page to worry about at the moment for Arkansas.

The Storm Prediction Center combined with Little Rock's Airport NOAA Office downtown has been measuring our atmosphere all day and it shows nothing but huge fueled strong storms potential to really feed on it and get grotesquely violent when it passes Little Rock.

Radar shows a organzied long track derecheo out of MO now, coming pretty much straight to Little Rock FAST. It's 830 central. Weather services are nervous as to how potentially it will grow big and strong when it gets to Central Arkansas.

I don't have 6 pages. Not tonight. There is no time to type all that crap. Find a hole if you are in a semi truck around North Little Rock along 40. If this is what I think this is it's going to be a night to remember.

Early warned areas are already getting hit with 70+ winds and that is just a beginning in our state. That's more than enough to overturn a loaded semi.

Hate to see this, just pulled a load out of Marshalltown yesterday. Hopefully no fatalities.
