IRP / Apportioned Plates? Truck or Trailer?

    When people talk about getting apportioned plates, are they talking about for the truck or trailer? What’s the difference?

    For the truck. An apportioned tag is legal everywhere and you have to report your mileage in each state so that they all get their money for the miles you run.
