Cypress does a ton of drywall loads for USG. Those will be "pre loaded" but done so poorly you'll probably have to re do most of it. Keep an eye out for ####ty cut up straps and missing edge protectors.

You will be fine at cypress. Ther drivers are good and they secure properly. I know of a few trainers there ,they teach you right.

I do too. Every one of them. It is fascinating and I am still trying to figure out why.

Even going to the shippers and receivers, I wonder how they're going to load/unload the trailer. The bad part comes when they're trying to figure out how to load/ unload. The worst is when they have to try to figure out how you are supposed to get in or out.

No, this is a bit different. Some of the loads become so big that they either cant fit through the door, the fence, the gate...whatever. And then there's the point where the truck needed to pull that load wont fit down the street, right @Rontonio?

All of a sudden, you have to get the engineers involved, property managers, upper management to make a decision. Or worse...some government official. And then sometimes, the only way to get to a destination is for the highway to get shut down, you do a wrongway down a major highway to get into a jobsite.

Learning is good. Doing is even better. Knowledge is precious. Considering the increasing percentage of Neanderthal truckers coming in...

Ultimately you and trucking is a story you alone will write. I hope it is a good one.
