Is I-75 GA really dangerous?

Any road is dangerous.

 

Yeah, any big city you gotta be on your game.
Dude totally was distracted. Hit the other dude at full speed.
We drive hundreds of miles with nothing but us and the road. But when you come to a city, better get your game on.
Sad sad.

 

What I want to know is how the hell they identified what that driver hit beyond the extremely broad parameter of "occupied motor vehicle." In all of a single frame it was reduced to a flying array of unrecognizable particulate matter

I would take Chicago any day over Atlanta, hate that place

 

I was on I-74N just south of the crash and shut down at a truck stop early because of it. I drove by where it happened around 2am and two more times that day. The clean up crew was there in the morning removing a lot of charred steel and a large pile of baked potatoes..

Not sure how seeing these types of tragedies affects you other drivers but, for me it kind of messes my head up for a couple days. Makes me want to find another way to make a living..

 

I-75 around Atlanta is always a mess, but you can say the same about Florida also. Far too many people getting in a hurry and that's when accidents happen.

 

What’s the deal with Georgia not allowing regular semi traffic through Atlanta? I bet they could reduce traffic congestion if they allowed truckers to go through like in most major cities.
