It is way better to stay a company driver than to enter into any kind of lease/purchase agreement, imo.
tscottme, Lepton1, lovesthedrive and 1 other person Thank this. -
Lease of coarse, it saves the company some on truck maintenence and driver pay.
Sorrythisusernameistaken, Canadianhauler21, Western flyer and 4 others Thank this. -
Just Google Fleece Purchase.

Depends on who your trying to lease from? I have seen some leases that actually do work, but very few..

Same job for the most part. The difference is, on a lease, the company driver pays to work at the company, pays for the truck, all repairs, all fuel, but owns nothing. 21st century share cropping.
“But Six, does the share cropper make more money?”
Nope. Will probably average out to be the same. -
Lease drivers take on 5x more stress, twice as much work for a extra $150 a week. Lol
tscottme, D.Tibbitt and HoneyBadger67 Thank this. -
I witnesses plenty of drivers with Greatwide that were successful and didn't live on the road either; lots of home time. Personally, I wouldn't do it with any company because don't want the stress.
tscottme, lovesthedrive, Numb and 1 other person Thank this. -
