I was at work the other day doing a drop and hook at a customer and I just happened to turn the radio on to channel 17 and I heard this terrible sound coming out of my speaker and I figured I'd record it for posterity and humor and posted the recording on YouTube.
Now the guy is leaving me threatening comments and threatening to sue me in court for invading his privacy and exposing reality and he wants me to remove the video from YouTube. What would you do?
Is it legal? What would you do?

You know WAY more about CB's than many of us on here, man. You're good; I'd say. If he wanted privacy, should've done test'n'tune at a shop, huh?!Blaskowitz, rawe and rabbiporkchop Thank this. -

Rabbi, you are in the wrong, you should at least posted ten videos, not one.
OMG this is BS, you were part of the conversation on public airways and there is no right to privacy - PERIOD.
What I suggest you do is this - IGNORE the ***hole and just move on.
If he files a complaint with YOUTUBE, and they contact you, remind them that it is unregulated public airways are just that, public and unregulated and you don't need permission to record anything on it and post it because if you did, then they would have to banned many of the other members who post videos.Blaskowitz, MACK E-6, RockinChair and 2 others Thank this. -

That same guy threatened to sue me for my cartoon picture of him trying to say a picture of his face is copyrighted material.
