Howdy y'all! I'm new to the site and have searched lots of forums and friends advise but no one has a answer. Ok so I got a smoking deal on a 02 international 4300lp that is equipped with hydraulic brakes and the 19.5 wheels and I hate those tires and the 8 lug 22.5 is a little pricey so my plan is to change everything over to 10 lug but before I spend all my precious spare time tearing everything down maybe some of y'all can tell me if it's even possible to do a swap like that. Any insight will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

Yes. Just have to find right hub. Keep an eye out and eventually you'll see a truck with 10 holes and get number off hub. Most internationals came woth the 10 hole just make sure it has the same brakes
