Is it possible to transfer before ur year is in?

    New driver here, been with Walmart going on 5 months...

    There is a DC closer to home, that is getting ready to have a bunch of drivers transfer out...(So I have heard)

    My question is, if they need drivers, and no one is tranferring in, will they allow a driver to transfer in, who dosen't have his year in yet?

    Because I dont want them to think i am ingrateful for the job i was given at the dc i was hired in at.

    My brother has worked for them for yrs, and is a trainer and a store ambassador, he says you should wait 12mths., unless it is a hardship transfer request.
