    Just had a level one from a county cop at the state scale house in VA. The state boys where there too. Business as usual. The sun still rises and sets. Probably need to lay some more off.

    I got a level 3 at the Cottonwood scales a couple days ago here in the great state of California.

    FMCSA (aka US DOT) is still open. I called them a week ago and they answered their phones and said they have been working through the entire shutdown.
