If you zoom in, you can see wiring and an electronic thing on the right side of the pump, which makes me think it's the PEEC engine. But, I googled the pump part number and it came up as a pump for B and C models. So I don't know, and I don't have enough experience with B/C models to tell from this pic.

Is this a pic of a 3406C PEEC engine/fuel pump?

I just spent the past hour googling images of PEEC engines and B models and comparing them, and I don't think this is a PEEC. Seems like all the B models I looked at have that solenoid-looking thing on the right end of the pump, so even if this is a C, I believe it's still mechanical.
The pump is a 7E5888, which I saw wore out talking about awhile back in a thread about B models, so I think I'm safe to bid on this truck. -
Not a PEEC has a throttle rod

Is that the shut off solenoid?
