    133441 miles/60(miles per hour avg) = 2224 hours.

    5451 engine hours x 60 (mph) = 327,060 miles

    5451 - 2224 = 3227 overage hours.

First off, without knowing what kind of work the truck does, as requested by @Roberts450, all calculations are meaningless.

Secondly, using a 60 mph lifetime speed average is WAY too high.

So, there are no "overage hours".

It MIGHT be excessive idling IF it is strictly highway miles, but without additional information it is speculative at best.

Even for a strictly OTR truck with an APU and an OCD driver, 60 mph lifetime average is too much.

Exactly. There are so many more applications in the trucking world than OTR. Without knowing what sector of the business a truck was in the numbers OP tossed out don't mean anything. I've seen trucks with 100,000 kilometers on them and pushing 17,000-20,000 hours. It was all stationary PTO work at the jobsite.

What kind of work does the truck do? Is it city? Is it highway? Is it food delivery (stop-n-go)? Is it gravel? Is it a tow truck? Asphalt? Heavy? Light? Does it have any PTO-driven accessories?

What kind (if any) of trailers does he haul? Van? Tank? Flatbed?

Where does the truck work? New York? Texas? Washington? Wyoming?

Does the truck do seasonal work only, or year-round?

Answer those questions (and possibly more) first.

In the absence of factual information, any "numbers" are garbage.
