I saw this on the back of a trailer where I was delivering.

I would like to find a set of Lights like that because where I back into sometimes it's dark at night. Wonder where I can find them.

Is it legal to have them back there?

I Got to tell you when somebody's behind me with their high beams blaring I'd be really tempted at the very least to flash them...

That looks pretty handy. Reminds me of what would be on an older farm tractor. Maybe start with your local John Deere dealership and show them a pic?

    I don't know maybe that's a silly question.

It just was the first thing I thought of when I saw them.

As long as they aren't on while driving, i.e. they have their own switch it's perfectly fine.

I’ve mounted those on the back of my straight trucks under the lift gates and wired them to come on when trans is put in reverse. Nice when backing up at night.

Certainly legal. Laws regarding lights only apply when the vehicle is being operated on public roads. When it comes to shippers/receivers or parking lots, you can have whatever lights you want because it is technically private property. Hence why high power fog lights and often those stupid LED strips are marked as 'off road use only', they technically aren't legal for use on roads.

You could have red and blue flashing lights on your truck if you wanted, just wouldn't be legal to use them on the road.
