Does anyone else hate how ITS loadboard shows brokers if you've looked at a load? Personally I HATE it. If I looked at it and liked it I'd have called. A lot of times I'll look at cheap ### loads to just laugh at them. Example just now I saw a load 220 miles tarped broker had it listed got $330. Immediately after looking at it they called me lol

It's a pretty poor design. On the mobile version, it's easy for me to accidentally click a load while trying to swipe the load to the next 10 and it kind of pauses. I'm still not sure why this feature exists, since it's more annoying than I can see helpful.

Yep, ITS phone app is the worst of the worst. I'd rather deal with a TQL rep than use the ITS phone app. However, their desktop version is the best of the best IMO.

Does it not do that on the desktop version?

The desktop version allows you to display up to 200 loads per page for each search, so there's no pausing while it loads 10 at a time and you have to scroll through it repeatedly. Plus it's more forgiving for me using a mouse, unless it's a touchpad, than it is to use fingers on the phone screen.

Also the live feed on the desktop is nice. I prefer ITS desktop, but DAT is a better mobile version.

I have fat thumbed a few loads and received calls.
I don't mind it much. Unless I am short of time and need to call on other loads.
Usually I am looking a day or 2 in advance, I'll chat about the load and possibly get a better pay. If I am not interested, period. I will say so and not waste the agents time or mine.

I couldn't agree more. DAT on my phone gets 95% of my loads. ITS when I'm desperate and sitting gets the other 5. I don't even bother logging on to ITS on my phone any more it's so frustrating. And it's the opposite if I'm in front of a computer. I don't even log on to DAT on a computer. The mobile app is that much better.

That was the one good feature I actually liked about ITS. Incoming calls are money time, pay up. Still had to cancel them because the site was always buggy and the auto refresh didn't work very well.

    Yes.
I first new it as Internet Truck Stop
    ITS.
They changed the name to Truckstop in the last few years.
