I've About had a belly full!

I think it is about time to put the feelers out for other options.

Things panned out so well for me, I try so hard to stay positive...

But it just seems like the company works just as hard to grind that away.

I think everyone can agree that I have been pretty positive about Swift.

How they can chew up and spit out a guy with a good attitude that enjoys coming to work and trying to do a good job...

WOW!

I've been relishing in the joys of not being a manager... Not having to worry about anyone but myself.
Trying so hard to overlook the petty crap.

Every day it's something you are not doing correctly. It's starting to wear me out!

This job really should be as simple as... Make your delivery on time, get back safely without incident.

That's a laundry list...

The automated hate mail has turned to verbal counseling about twice a week.. Keep in mind being dedicated I see my DM and AM daily. But that is just one of the issues.

I would say a dips.h.i.t planner thinking they are some kind of third manager is the catalyst.

I would say getting planned on a route that was impossible to run without two hours of work during your 10, and also loging my 30 min while working at a stop...

And then getting yelled at for 15 minutes on the phone by a idiot without manager in their title.


I took two for w team, and I still have to deal with this kind of BS.
