J B Hunt Deceiving Listing

I just called J B Hunt on this listing from Macon GA to Baltimore MD (Highway to both of the cities and OK for market) The load lists ask for Ken, sure enough he picks up but says the actual cities are Sandersville GA (about 30-40 miles on local roads in and out as well) to Huntsville MD that is about 60 miles away from the listed city of Baltimore MD ( also very close to DC heavily crowded, restrictions, and bad for market ) so the listing showing approx 724 loaded miles he says will pay $1400 on it. even if you do this load @3/mile still will not be worth doing it because of the change of the pick up point and delivery point. Is there any rule for fraudulent listings??
