I worked for them, I was trying to stay on because of leaving to many jobs, and it was hard to make it on the miles i got everyweek. out of 8 mon. i got 4 good weeks pay . and 2 days off a week was slip seating. If i took the days that they gave me I lost my truck, when i came back to work i most often had to get a rental car and pick up a abandond truck. AN drop the rent car back off, the motel that i stayed in were good, but the trucks i p/u were not in very good shape on p/u some were in shop and the shop that it was at didnt want to klean them fo two days, they didnt want to pay for motel and they payed me to clean it but .ITwas not planned that i clean it for 40 dollars, besides that low miles, and i complained that my mile were low.So then the day dispatcher would give me a good load then i would make the p/u and nite would come on and say a driver was in need and i had to swap loads with them and it would be a short run again.they did this untill i had enough and fused so they would stop .but then they give you silent treatment. and say bad thing to you on the qualcom .So you know what they do erase the messages before the dayshift comes back on. so I took a pic of it what they where saying and they just put a sweet talking girl on the phone and said that she would handle it but didnt. layovers were bad all so and to make it true that they pay layover, detention pay you get it once every month if your lucky... i have not cover everything but there are people that do good there but will you be one of them I coundnt anserw I think the last name says it best HUNT:biggrin_25515:

Just curious if you were working as a company driver, dcs driver, or lease purchase.
On another note OBC messages can not be deleted, the qualcomm holds up to 50 messages and then they drop off and are stored in a databank in California for up to 3 years. OBC messages can not be deleted by a manager or driver, atleast not at JB.
I know there are horrible dispatchers at corporate and even some at the dedicated accounts but the buck doesn't stop with them. Did you discuss your stiuation with your team leader, director, account manager, etc?

I am telling YOU they Erased it off my Qal com . NOW in cal, or where ever they record it they may not .I recomend taking a digital pic s. with a witness . They had phonr recorders to get the bad dispatches with a recorded phonecall Years Ago but but they are to smart for that now. I can only tell you what i saw when i worked there and it been over three years ago when freight wasnt slow. the best of luck to you !from renagadeslave:yes2557:

The OBC (qualcomm) in the truck can only hold about 30-40 messages. As you get new messages the oldest ones drop off. I doubt they are erased out of the system but once they leave your qualcomm you will be unable to retrieve them.

I erase any messages that aren't vital to what I'm doing. As long as you keep erasing stuff like fleet messages ,eta updates, old direction requests, etc. you can keep 30 or so messages just beware the oldest messages will drop off if you aren't vigilant about deleting the unnecessary stuff.
