In my Randy Macho man Savage voice. Oh yeahhhhhhh!!! You bring the heat my friend. But do you have what it takes to be america's next trucker. America's top model is more like it, but you didn't hear that from me. Hey amigo nothing wrong with research, but There's a time to put the research into practice and getter done. When are you going to pull the trigger pilgrim. Wow dude like I said. You have the truck driver moan and groan down to an art. Crying about the state you live in. Who does that. Ohhhhh Yeahhhhhhh!! Sorry about that flying drop kick, but you had it coming. Don't mess with Colorado buddy. Dude some day you are going to take those rocky mountain oysters by the sack and just do it. I also would hate to be the one to train you. You already know every dang thang. Ya if you ever do pull the trigger which I don't think you have the balls to do. I wouldn't be surprised to see a thread from you about being left in the middle of no man lands. That trainer will get inducted into the super truckers hall of fame immediately.

Let me get back on the top rope and do some junk yard dog while you still dizzy from the first paragraph. You are a rookie and you get no respect. Until you get some miles under your belt, 3 NYC stories, 2 Chicago stories and a lost in Miami story. You need to play your roll and grab your ankles and enjoy the non lubricated treatment of the mega carrier who happens to be drilling at the time. Any way. You are a good sport but dude I hope you pull up your big boy britches and not let the getter donners do all the reporting. Take the lead. Stop being afraid. You be the one doing the reporting. Instead of the one who never goes anywhere because of what others experienced.

This WWE main event slug fest was brought to you by the SUPER TRUCKERS HALL OF FAME. Where our moto is. To heck with what you said. We about to do do that deal!! Yeeeee Hawwwww!!

Yes they have regional jobs too not sure about FL.

Hey Dinomite great post I'm ashamed that guy is from the same city as me. I think he likes to argue with anyone that will write back. I'm sure judging by his post that he has been fired many times from his minimum wage jobs. jumping from the top rope and putting the hurt on was awesome

That's kind of a funny story actually that I have never shared. Becky pulled me into the office after I refused to pickup a load I could not pickup legally. She told me that I had to follow all of JBS's UNWRITEN policies which included picking up and delivering if you could do it legal or not. I said to her, "how can I follow policies I am not aware of and that are not written down?" and told her if she wanted me to follow whatever policies, I needed them in writing. Of course, she refused and then said, "if you fail to follow these UNWRITEN policies, you will be terminated immediately." We went on and on about it and she told me to violate HOS multiple times as well as other things or be fired. I wasn't about to put up with this so, I called an attorney. What made the attorney laugh and want to go after them was, after I explained I hit the record button on the digital recorder on my iPhone and recorded the entire meeting. That one still makes me laugh, what a narcistest (spelling?) Becky is.[/QUOTE]

That's all B.S. and you know it. Any honest driver at JBS will tell you Becky would never permit HOS violations. I know for a fact all DM's and Managers at JBS are very aware that forcing or even suggesting a driver to violate HOS is grounds for immediate termination. You don't have a recording of Becky saying anything like that because it never happened.

when I work for JBS, Becky was my driver manager. not once did she imply or tell me to violate any hours of service or unwritten rules at JBS.

Its funny how some of these drivers that like to complain and say "my Attorney" I think they watch to many movies and think that's a cool saying. Ok I got to go contact my team of attorneys because there waiting by the phone for my call.
