Job Hunting

Hey y'all.
I'm job hunting/looking for a new carrier.
Hoping for some good suggestions.

First the facts.

Seven years recent VERIFIABLE experience.
No accidents, ever.
One ticket (illegal turn at 02:00, Richmond, Va) in last 10 years.
I'm not allergic to reefers, pulling one now. Pretty comfortable with them.
Have no experience with flat beds, but if the right job came along......
Never, ever abandoned a truck and never will. Mama raised me better than that.
Two employers in last 7 years. I'm not on the indoctrination merry go round.
I know how to keep that left door shut, don't like casino's, strip clubs or other attempts to separate me from my money.

What I'm looking for:

Hometime is my first priority.
I need to be there when I say i need to be there, not a week later.
I usually do 3 or 4 weeks out then take 3 to 4 days at home. It's not like I'm demanding to be home every weekend.

I'm a person dangit! Not a number!
Treat me like one, dispatch should take my phone calls, learn my name, et cetera ad nauseum.

Gimme miles.
I'm out here ( there ?) for the money to make my family comfortable, if I make money the company will make money, if they have any sense.

Pay me for the miles.
Practical over HHG is perferable.

No NYC..EVER.
though Long Island ain't bad. Been there several times.

No Hazmat.
Never liked it, never will.
I'm allergic to placards.

Not looking for an LTL with a gazillion stops per load.
But it never hurts to listen to reasonable offers.

If the truck is castrated, no slower than 70 plz.
I wish companies would learn to tweak the engine settings when they fiddle with that speed control.
And BTW, you do not get used to a slow truck, you just get used to being tired.

Company must be willing to pay/reimburse tolls.
Either that or don't dispatch me to areas where toll road is easiest/shortest route.

Company must pay for any lumper/loading/unloading.
I use that time to nap or eat lunch.

Be real nice if I could have my 2500 watt inverter installed.
Willing to let the company shop install or pay other certified shop to do it. I realize there are safety/warranty considerations.

Very important that they (carrier) shouldn't be on the Feds death watch list.
It's just danged inconvenient to pull to the back of every scale you cross.

Oh yeah, fairly new, well maintained equipment.

I don't think I'm asking for much.
I just want to find that employer I can work for over the next 17 years until I retire, or drop dead, which ever comes first.

Can't say I've heard of Franks. Where were/are they located?
There is an FWC trucking near me in Rustburg, VA. Maybe the same critter?

I live near Appomattox, VA. About 20 miles from Lynchburg, Roanoke is about a hour drive away, Richmond about the same.

Never had a problem getting home with my last employer, but my present job can't seem to get me home on time at all. I think it's a company rule, drivers get home when the company wants to let them.
