Because everyone is different, everyone wants something different from trucking, everyone expects something different from a company they work for. Not every dispatcher is as good as Pat, not every driver is willing to run as hard as the next, or manage his clock, or pay attention to schedules, so some drivers just don&#039;t make it. </p><p><br /></p><p>The sad part is when someone cannot make it at Millis...because it is demanding...and then they spend the rest of thier life blaming Millis because THEY don&#039;t have what it takes. You look at what they choose to complain about...it comes down to making excuses because they suck as an employee.
