I heard it was a 1500 dollar fine and 30 days in the bucket for failing to stop at a round red light, now square ones on the other hand.....
dngrous_dime, Suspect Zero, Dumdriver and 5 others Thank this. -
So i should take this to court?
-
Well at least you didn't get busted in a red light district
Suspect Zero, mqc1298, Thull and 5 others Thank this. -
Hire a lawyer to get it reduced to a non-mover. Worth it in the long run.
Grumppy, Suspect Zero and G13Tomcat Thank this. -
SHOJim Thanks this.

Go to court and argue that you entered the intersection on a yellow light but it turned red too fast. Get a video of some light that turns red really fast--preferably the one you ran but not absolutely necessary.
Never argue that the cop was wrong. That's a sure fire way to lose.
Kyle s Thanks this. -
