Just got CDL with girlfriend in PHX AZ, what are my best options company wise for teaming?

We're both new to trucking and just graduated last week from CDL school. We wanted to go with Schneider originally because training was somewhat short and they said they'd train us together but they filled up the inexperienced position at the moment, so now we're searching but we're having a tough time deciding.

We want to train together but there are few options for that (not too interested in covenant) so im curious as to what everyone's opinions would be for newbie team drivers in the phx area. Thank you.

I see a lot of Old Dominion posts on here when I read about teams, do they hire new grads or am I not in the hiring region?

 

Also, does anyone have any experience teaming with these companies or heard anything about teaming with them and wouldn't mind sharing their thoughts?

 

Hmmm Interesting... So right when im done with training I could train her or do I need 6 months exp? Either way I don't think I would do it though. Just getting through school made me realize me and her learn and teach in such different ways, we'd definitely clash.

 

Im not too familiar with LTL's. What are some that hire new grads?
