A quick scan of your posts seems to indicate this is the second or third time you've been dismissed in the last month-and-a-half for skills deficiencies. Maybe truck driving just isn't your thing.

It's hard to admit, but it's not for everyone.

You have been to at least 2 schools, have you got your cdl in hand yet, or are you washing out before you get your license?

if you don't have a clear understanding of your deficiencies, how can you make the necessary changes to your approach in order to eliminate them?

if it were me I would find out exactly what I wasn't doing correctly

    Lepton1 and jbatmick Thank this.

No I'm good on my backing and driving but when I was still in training with cypress truck lines I accidentally got my trailer stuck on the side of another trailer when I was setting up to do a alley dock I was paying attention to my trainer to set up and I didn't look at my right mirror to see if I was too close to another trailer that was already parked in. I was paying attention to him and then the next day we were coming back from droping a load off in the morning going back to Jacksonville we got a message from safety saying I had to go talk to the safety person right then an there they told me they had to let me go cause I wasnt progresson during training which I was to me going the speed limit keeping a safe distance the only problem I had was backing and turning but other then that my load securement was good plus it was a flatbed company not use to the spread axles. I trained on dry vans then flatbeds

As a new driver might be too much on your plate. I did flatbed 3 years after having my CDL. I felt uncomfortable doing flatbed. And I didn’t have to worry about the driving part. So I can only imagine a new driver. Go to vans and get your driving down for acouple years and if you still want to try it out then try it out again.

Yeah I think that's what I'm gonna do I mean I did train on dry vans so maybe those would be more easier then flatbeds. I applied at saia ltl hopefully I would be able to get the job cause I wanna be around my family
