Any trucking company has it's "warts". Pacific screwed up a repair so I went in and chewed some "rearend". Truck was quickly fixed by a very respectful mech and personal apologies from shop boss. I've made it a personal policy to "crique" all repairs to the fleet manager. Good work gets praised (rancho in CA.), bad work gets... well let's say "not praised" and keep it clean... lol
I've torn into the FM on bad treatment from the office too. I hate some deskjockey trying to tell me what should be happening out here in the real world. He loved it when I called my planner a "keyboard commando"......
