Is it kosher to park overnight at that truck staging area on 70 east going into Kansas city? My delivery is the O'Reilley warehouse next to that abortion of a flying j off of 435 but no way am I going to find parking there on a late Sunday afternoon. Or any truck stop in the Kansas City area for that matter. I've got plenty of rations so no need for a restaurant.
Kansas City advice.

Parking there is cool people do it all the time. Another good place is the north side of I70 noland road exit. There is a huge kmart/northern tool parking lot easy in and out dennys and a few fast food right there and a qt across the street. Will leave you 15min away from O'Reilly.
PackRatTDI Thanks this. -
435 to Hwy 210 EAST, go over the hill to the stop light and turn right, then get in the left lane to turn right, by the choo choo train, then a quick right to the parking area.
Plus there's a small fuel stop across 210 for your morning coffee and sandwich.
Also, there are a couple more casinos with truck parking nearby, I like the AmeristarHalpinUout and PackRatTDI Thank this. -
Watch it in the casino parking especially if you hit the one on front street they have issues on occasiin.

I don't know if it'll be any help but there is a secret truck stop inside KC on the Kansas side of the state line. It's not big but in the middle of a warehouse district with plentiful street parking. It's my go to spot in KC.
Google Kansas City Steaks or dial 100 Osage Ave into the GPS. EB 70 exit 69 or 7th street. Head south. You can camp out on Shawnee or Osage or any of the myriad north south streets connecting the two. I believe the stop is on Packard which runs east of 7th between Kansas Ave and Miami. Just look for the McDonalds.
Heavily patrolled by KCPD but they won't bother you. Quiet at night. -
I came to the Ameristar. Passed by the Flying J which was packed, of course.
Plenty of room here.tucker, Getsinyourblood and Junkyarddog5958 Thank this.
