KeepTruckin ELD and 2019 Volvo

Ive got a 2019 Volvo and my company runs KeepTruckin ELD/AOBRD. Right now we still are on AOBRD and I was able to use the cord that plugs into the port in the driver’s footwell. My company just sent me a new cord for when we go to ELD and I can’t figure out how to connect it! It’s got three plug-ins and, after watching a video, I got two plugged in correctly. But the power connector is where I’m stuck. When I called KT’s support, he told me that it was under the fuse panel on the top of the dash. But I can’t get the fuse panel out without taking off the dash because it blocks the screws on the fuse panel. Has anyone done installed this ELD successfully in a ‘19 Volvo?
