Apparently it wasnt near a college. As there would be plenty of volunteers to help with the cleanup.

I hope those were empty kegs. If they were filled, they probably had some pressure to them.
I don't recognize that overpass. Must be a newer job built in the last 20 years or so or rebuilt. He must have been rolling to come off there. What a waste. -
