I didn't air anything I hadn't already told him about .. There's more I promise that we spoke about that wasn't broad casted .. I only spoke about what I had already voiced concerns over .. Prior over the past few weeks .

I don't know if it helped or hurt but it couldn't have hurt .. Cause ultimately I got helped with my concerns and it was brought to my attention ghat I should have spoke up even sooner than I did .

This had been going on for roughly 3 weeks.. In talks etc
I just blew my lid this week end after it looked like another same ole . Etc
But I been assured of change therefore as originally always stated I wanted to stay at Trimac now I get to stay at both
    Trimac & Calvert ...

I never asked for nothing except for what I was told from day 1
System Driver / System freight / help on dedicated when needed

That's all I asked for ... Finally got it ...

    Happy camper ..

I never asked for nothing over and beyond that
    Just be OTR ..
    That's all !!!

Not sure about the bite in the butt ..

But I told the TM everything about my concerns
The crying , the lieing , etc

I held nothing back , I also told them I had a back up position if they wanted to sever ties ...

Just the opposite happened ... I was actually surprised but am happy with the outcome ..

But I am happy like I said I asked for no favors , just what was promised to me day 1 ... That's absolutely it ..

There were some plotting to take me out of there I got word of it . It's been handled I am satisfied ..

MARINES have their ways ... Semper Fi ..

They didn't train me .. I had 2 yr tanker exp from Superior Carriers mostly .
They have a training program but you would have to get with the terminal location you prefer to run out of as to whether they train or not . I can't be 100% sure they train at every terminal I know they do at Houston & Calvert City .. But I can't be 100% sure they do it at EVERY location ...

They do have a training program and tanker school that I can be certain of cause they hire drivers with kittle to no exp in tanks weekly ..

Question is where are they working ? ( location )

I would just call US Headquaters in Houston and ask which facilities train drivers in tank ...

Now with training I also mean Tank Only ... It's not a driving school or anything like that ... Just training on Tanking Procedures ... Etc

    jvar4001 Thanks this.

Went for my ride along today. The driver I was with had the most seniority on the concrete side, 1 year. In the year he has been there, four safety/dispatchers current one there 4 months. The driver was very helpful. No training in Houston. You watch videos for a day and then go out with a trainer for a week or until you/they feel comfortable. Turn over at that little terminal until recently about 86%. Things are getting better there however, in the driver's eyes. Most given reason for turn over there is "to many hours, not enough pay". They recently acknowledged that and have increased pay. It is basically down to out of which three jobs, which one sucks the least going forward.

    Wow !!! I'm sorry Toby

Dry bulk must suck or it does there anyway ..

    Question :
How long has trimac owned them ? If is been 1.5 years or less then change is on the way I guess is what I'm saying
