2000 K100? I didn't think they made COEs that late in USA. They make the COEs in Oz, the K200 which is way in advance of the old cabovers, they use them on B trains where you are restricted in overall length.

    Oxbow Thanks this.

Right around 2002 2003 was about it for cabover kw around here.
I've seen pics of your k200 over there.
Alot better designed then the k100 forsure.
I only wish kw would of produced them here.

    Oxbow Thanks this.

I upgraded a 200 to a 400. Had two 100's and a 95 and another in a 01.... No problems just have to replace plastic bushings.

If you get these tension bars you're golden. They're the red ones in the picture below I believe that's what they are called.
The other types tend to move side to side when bushings are worn out and a lot of troopers spot the very easily. Which means your out of service. image.jpg

Well that clears up a lot for me. I have an AG100 cutoff I was gonna stick in my W900 but wasn't sure if I could run just 1 axle off the pedestals if I decided to go single instead of tandem.

    Oxbow Thanks this.

The front dual pedestal sway bar has a kink in it to clear the power divider like you can see in the pic but the single pedestal bars are straight from memory

Oxbow, OLDSKOOLERnWV and AModelCat Thank this.

They're torsion bars. But yeah, spot on. The AG400 causes the least amount of problems of the eight-bag setups.

Converting to the 400 style is easy if anyone's interested. The hard part is forking over the dough to by them, that is if you're getting them new.

    Oxbow and OLDSKOOLERnWV Thank this.

That's a AG400 and his 95 model year doesn't have it unless someone converted it.

    Oxbow and OLDSKOOLERnWV Thank this.
