KIMS Kenworth t680 AUX battery will not charge

Please help. After Aux battery was completely discharged(truck was parked for two months) the auxiliary battery will not charge. Idle management system will not work. Maybe there is some kind that f safe switch or fuse blow up. I can’t find fuse box for the KIMS. Other thoughts!?

Yep, I did charge AUX battery directly with a battery charger 2amp for about two hours.(I've disconnected battery before charging them). After I charged them, I've connected everything back, and start driving, eventually they were completely charged from my truck. Then I cut off the power supply using two switches behind the driver seat for 15 minutes(to reset the apu/aux system), and It was working fine since then. Also keep in mind that they barely put any refrigerant into the system from the factory, and for AC to work good you need to refill it. 21oz of refrigerant if I remember correctly. Vacuums/Refills via one hose(H), the other hose on AC refilling machine must be cut off.
