Fyi just putting this out there. Starting 9/11 kllm has a new pay package for company OTR with a minimum of 6 months experience hire on at 40cpm with 1cpm raise every year for 10 years cap out at 50cpm. New lease and dedicated packages coming in January. Not to mention our lease operators have been using the new load board the last few months..js

It's set up were it will only show you loads that you can run with your hours. Only available m-f 12-5. And you must have a trailer on you. If you are near or at a terminal local or your dispatcher has to dispatch you. And the deadhead radius I think it's 300 miles.

I am a current Lease guy at KLLM, Stay away!!! Every driver in my orientation has already quit and went elsewhere and I am on that track too. The only reason I stayed so long is because I was dedicated to BASF running 3200+ miles a week and coming home with $700 checks.. My average after expenses is between 0.32 and 0.34 per mile. KLLM is the biggest ripoff company out there.

The load board is an even bigger joke. You can claim a load but in order to get it, you have to call in to see if it was given to you because there may have been someone else in the area that took it and because it's not done automatically, you may not be given it. From personal experience, I would stay as far away from that place as humanly possible. It's all about you driving for them and spending every last dollar keeping up on the stripped down truck that's value is only half of what they charge you.

LMAO yes like that's going to make the company look any better. I can't wait until I get this truck back. I am working on a website now, therealklem.info that I will have all the info I have gained on there from lease contract, dedicated contract, orientation materials, and pay stubs for everyone to see. As a matter of fact, I might even take pictures of all qualcomm messages and post on there as well. Let people see what THE REAL KLLM is all about. The only people that enjoy it are the ones that don't know what a real paycheck is all about or that live in their trucks.
