Knight Transportation Bad News

I drove 4 + years for Knight and was happy, Home time was a plus and never missed a doctor. apt.. I-5 corridor. Knight needs to start paying practical miles.. If you want more money BUT give up the hometime everyweek, come on over to Crete. I thought Knight was good, but I cant imagine any carrier better then Crete (the way they operate). But again -hometime is an issue here. DRIVE SAFE

 

I live in the NW. I would not last to long in the southwest or southeast with a company who had my idle time on the radar. Don't want to put AC on the trucks at Knight? Then don't ##### about how much it cost to idle is what I would tell them.

I read a ad for Idle Air where they say you can still save money by paying their new higher rate. problem is that they assume your truck will burn 1 gallon per hour. My truck only burns 1/2 gallon per hour so they would be more expensive then idling my truck.
