that's it just $55000 for what he went thru.

 

And unfortunately they probably spent $100,000 in legal fees to lose this battle! They would have been way better off making things right to start with.

 

Not to mention that he lost his job and will probably find it darn hard to get another.

Most likely he could find a job alot easier than a trucker could. Most companies will not bad mouth an office employee because of potential law suits. In this case, the point is already made.

making CD's thats kinda lame . what about making CD's and having drivers to have to listen to them.( and tricking those that do to ensure everyone listens to the CD) now that would be something. making cd's and distributing them wont do anything i bet only bout 10% of them would actually get listened to the rest wil go out the window!!

 

something else i would like to know is what happened to the individual who fired him, and also what happened to the individual who he filed the complaint with.... they both should have been fired as well

 

I have not once stepped foot into that office and can count on one hand how many times I've been in that yard.
